SECTION 21 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

When ordering goods from KBDfans for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. KBDfans is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and KBDfans cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

2. Undelivered for the following situation：

(1) wrong address or phone number

(2) no-reply any email or call from the local courier

(3) refuse signing package

(4) refuse to pay tax

(5) refuse clearance

All fees caused by above should be afforded by the recipient

Reminder: we suggest you buy insurance in case of loss or damage, then you can file a claim

For the PCB

1. Test the PCB before assembly, pls contact us if any problems

2. After assembling, the following is except warranty

(1) the USB Port loose or drop

(2) Hot-Swap socket loose or drop

(3) Diode loose or Drop

(4) make solder PCB to be Hot-swappable

Reminder: All PCBs are tested well 3 times before shipped out

For Switches:

All lubed and disassembled switches are except warranty

For Stabilizers: All Clipped and lubed stabs are except warranty

For keycaps:

If there is something wrong with keycaps, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. Once the keycaps are used, we do not accept returns.

For the case :

(1) Anodized hanging points inside the case is a normal situation

(2) Slight scratches for brass weight is a normal situation

(3) Please contact us if there is damage issue within 7 days after delivery
