GT-60 Case

GT-60 Case: Think of it as the GT-80's twin – a single case, twice the potential!
For Wooting 60HE aficionados seeking a fresh aesthetic and varied typing performance , the GT-60 delivers.

But that's not all: it's also designed to accommodate a wide range of standard MX-switch-based barebones keyboards, giving you ultimate build freedom.

Dual Mounting styles

This design incorporates a dual mounting styles to maximize user customization.

It features both a PCB gasket mount, achieved through custom-designed silicone pads, and a traditional top-mount configuration.

This allows users to select their preferred mounting style, optimizing the typing feel to match their individual preferences.

Two options for brass modules included

1-Not supporting straps, designed for those who prefer a clean appearance.

2-Brass strap buckle, designed for those who prefer a stylish look.

Visual design

Beyond a few shared elements with the GT-80, this case represents a true evolution in design.

A prominent addition is the rear decorative accent – a long strip of wood, offered in default configuration, with premium brass and aluminum options available separately.

The split brass back weight is inspired by the distinctive hood scoop covers of classic GT performance vehicles.

Brass weight bar

Based on past experience, the GT-60 has been designed with a through-style brass weight bar, which is similar as GT-80.
The impact of a through-style brass weight bar in mechanical keyboards on sound is primarily reflected in the following aspects

Enhanced Tone

The acoustic properties of brass enhance the keyboard's sound, making keystrokes fuller and crisper, thereby improving the overall user experience.

Resonance Control

The brass weight bar helps manage internal resonance, reducing unwanted noise and ensuring that each keystroke produces a purer sound.

Echo Reduction

Due to the density and weight of copper, the through-style design effectively minimizes echo during typing, providing cleaner auditory feedback.

Improved Feel

The added weight increases the keyboard's overall stability, resulting in a more consistent sound with each keystroke and enhancing the typing experience for users.
