The Saru V2 offers a gentle tactile bump that begins at the top of the keystroke, with minimal travel before or after the bump. As the factory lubricant settles with use, the feel becomes lighter and smoother. Updated lubrication and revised stem geometry help reduce unwanted ping and improve consistency in sound and feel.
What Changed in V2
Saru V2 is now manufactured by HMX. Factory lubrication has been refined with targeted application across the stem, housing and spring. The stem leg angle has also been reduced by 2 degrees. Together, these changes help suppress unwanted ping and reduce tactile force by approximately 2–3gf for a lighter bump.
These updates improve consistency in both sound and feel. HMX has since adopted this lubrication method as its standard factory process.
